We will be happy to advise you on the best solution for your application.
Initially started as the first model of a new feeder generation, the ALF14 turned out to be the nucleus for a complete series of models for different requirements – and with very individual strengths.
The AMS Label Feeder ALF14 is designed along very compact dimensions and supports a very precise label transport to removal position in pick-and-place systems.
Based on the proven ALF14 core design we currently provide 3 different models as part of a product series addressing different needs in multiple industries.
While functionality and features are identical, the models support different label- and liner sizes.
The feeder’s convenient 4-key-operation, its compact design, and the easy adjustability to common label sizes and tape widths makes it a very efficient solution for various automated labelling placement applications.
Product durability: Component durability was a foremost priority in our label feeder's design and development. The solution's very competitive cost structure as well as its proven precision lead to very excellent work results. Specifically the feeder's durability meets highest standards.
Despite the small dimensions, ALF14 is a powerful feeder module containing a data interface as well as all the know-how we gained from ALF12 in recent years.
With a pick up height of 50mm for suiting machines with less feeder height than required by our ALF12 model, unit width starting at just 43mm in the feeder magazine (ALF14-25), and providing a fully featured multi-mode control- and monitoring signal interface the ALF is a finely designed product satisfying the needs in daily operation.
The models master their job in SMT machines but also special machinery applied in various industries.
